Debit Cards

Keep all contact information up to date. We have 24/7 fraud monitoring, our fraud center may text, call or email you to check the validity of attempted charges on your card. You must have the Fraud Case Reference # if you return the fraud centers call. They may block your card temporarily until charges are confirmed.  You are welcome to call us during regular business hours to confirm charges.

Monitor your card transactions for any unauthorized activity.  Alert us immediately if you suspect fraud on your card.

Debit card limits are generally set at $500.00 ATM withdrawal per day & an additional $2,500.00 per day for other purchases. We are happy to increase these limits temporarily as needed.

PIN numbers can be re-set in person by the card owner at any of our 4 locations.  If you know your current PIN and wish to change it, you can do so at any of our 8 ATM/ITM machines.

Never give your card to anyone else to use.

Card numbers are saved to devices (gaming) and online shopping sites such as Amazon, Walmart, Apple, Doordash, etc. If you allow someone to use your card it could be saved on their account or device.

Avoid using your debit card to make purchases from unfamiliar sites (Social media ads, shady websites). If the price is too good to be true, it is!

Read the terms and conditions so you know what to expect to be charged when using merchants that have trial offers or just pay shipping charges.

If a website asks for your card number, expect to be charged.

Only use Cashapp, Venmo, or similar apps with recipients you trust, if you initiate the transaction, there is no recourse.

Keep your devices secure to avoid potential card compromises.

Avoid using public Wi-Fi. Public Wi-Fi uses open networks that lack proper encryption making it easy for hackers to steal your personal information or App data or passwords on your device.

Your current online banking allows you to temporarily lock your card should you misplace it.

Go to Card Management and select the card number and slide the green button, this will block your card from allowing any transactions.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can select Card Management > card number > lost/stolen. This card will not be able to be reopened.
If your card is lost during regular business hours, please call immediately 606.836.0211, if lost/stolen after business hours please call 888.297.3416.
